At She n She, we want each of you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange the items ordered.We DO NOT have return policy, whereas We have a simple 6 days exchange policy for your convenience.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at customercare@shenshe.com or Whatsapp us on +918130599985 .Please mention your order number and reason for exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange a pick up for the parcel. 

The parcel when received by us undergoes quality checks. Once this process is completed, your replacement item will be courier to you.

Please note: we are available from 10:00 am to 6:000 pm (Mon-Sat). If we are unavailable when you reach out to us, be rest assured your concerns will be attended to as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched, however, in case you receive a wrong, defected or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email customercare@shenshe.com or via the Whatsapp chat button available on the site.

Cancellation

Please reach out to us via email or Whatsapp if you should need to cancel your order. Orders placed on this website can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
